It is a Chinese metaphor in the crypto industry which describes investors who are not familiar with the cryptocurrency market. These investors are easily affected by information and market sentiment, thus they tend to lose money in crypto investment. The crypto market “harvest” them like Chinese Chives but they never stop “growing” – losing money, again.
