Deposit Level

It refers to the ratio of the deposit delivered by investors to the amount of financing and securities lending transactions, which is specifically divided into financing deposit ratio and securities lending deposit ratio.

The deposit ratio is used to control the magnification of investors' initial funds. The deposit delivered for each financing and securities lending transaction shall meet the deposit ratio. In the case of a certain amount of investors' deposit, the higher the deposit ratio, the smaller the scale of securities companies' financing and securities lending to investors, and the lower the financial leverage effect.
