Hyperliquid Adjusts Testnet Priority Mechanism and Adds cDeposit2 Interface with Agent-Signed Support

According to ChainCatcher, Hyperliquid announced adjustments to its testnet operation priority system based on user feedback. The noop and scheduleCancel operations will no longer affect the priority of other operations, while all operations except noop, scheduleCancel, cancel, cancelByCloid, order, modify, and batchModify will reduce priority of other pending operations upon submission. Additionally, Hyperliquid introduced the cDeposit2 interface operation, a feature similar to cDeposit but supporting agent-signed transactions.
