Gate Türkiye will evaluate requests in compliance with applicable legislation and conclude them within 30 days, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK. Your request may be accepted or rejected based on applicable laws and policies, and the decision will be provided to you along with its reasoning via written post or email. If the request incurs additional costs, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will apply.

- For identity verification-related requests: Deliver your application in person or via notary public to Maslak Mah. Meydan Sokak No:1/35 Kat:10, Beybi Giz Plaza, 34396 Sarıyer/Istanbul.
- For other requests: Send your application to kvkk@gate.com.tr using a secure electronic signature, registered email (KEP), mobile signature, or the email address you used to create your Gate Türkiye account.
