To make a request regarding your personal data, you must submit a written application under Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to Data Controller, published in the Official Gazette on March 10, 2018, with issue number 30356.

Gate Türkiye will evaluate requests in compliance with applicable legislation and conclude them within 30 days, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK. Your request may be accepted or rejected based on applicable laws and policies, and the decision will be provided to you along with its reasoning via written post or email. If the request incurs additional costs, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will apply.

You may submit your requests using the following methods:

  • For identity verification-related requests: Deliver your application in person or via notary public to Maslak Mah. Meydan Sokak No:1/35 Kat:10, Beybi Giz Plaza, 34396 Sarıyer/Istanbul.
  • For other requests: Send your application to kvkk@gate.com.tr using a secure electronic signature, registered email (KEP), mobile signature, or the email address you used to create your Gate Türkiye account.

This Cookie Policy may be updated at Gate Türkiye’s sole discretion to comply with KVKK(Personal Data Protection Law) regulations or internal policies. Updated texts will be published on our Sites.
