1. My Funds Haven’t Arrived
A blockchain transaction is completed in 3 stages: Request – Confirmation – Funds Received
- Request: If your withdrawal status shows “Withdrawal completed” or “Block confirmed,” the transaction has been processed by and submitted to the blockchain.
- Confirmation: Copy the TXID and check the transaction status using a blockchain explorer.
- Funds Received: If the blockchain hasn’t confirmed the transaction yet, please wait for verification. If the blockchain shows the funds as delivered but the receiving platform doesn’t reflect them, contact the recipient platform.
2. How to Check My Withdrawal on a Blockchain Explorer
- Log in to the website.
- Go to “More” > “Coin List” in the top menu.
- Search for the relevant coin and open the withdrawal page.
- Click on the “Blockchain Explorer” link.
- Paste the TXID into the search box and view your transaction.
3. I Withdrew to the Wrong Address
- If the system detects an invalid address, the withdrawal will automatically be cancelled and marked as “Cancelled.”
- If the transaction is successful, it means the funds were delivered to the wallet. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. In this case, you must contact the recipient directly.
4. Common Reasons for Failed Withdrawals
- Invalid or incorrectly formatted address
- Missing or incorrect Memo/Tag
- Network delays
Check the error message on the transaction details page.
Make sure:
- The address is correct and properly pasted
- The right coin/token is selected
- No extra symbols or spaces are included
- The selected network and token contract are supported
If the issue doesn’t match any of these and the withdrawal fails, the funds are usually returned within 24 hours. If not, submit a support ticket or contact live support.
5. KYC Identity Verification Not Completed
Gate TR requires KYC verification to comply with regulations and protect user funds.
Without completing KYC, withdrawals and other key actions cannot be performed.
6. Account Under Security Protection
If you’ve changed settings such as KYC, Google Authenticator, or phone number, your account will enter a 24-hour protection period.
Withdrawals cannot be made during this time. After 24 hours, you can proceed with your transaction.
If the time has passed, submit a ticket or contact live support.
7. I Forgot to Enter a Memo or Tag
Cryptos like XRP and EOS require a Memo/Tag for withdrawals.
If this is missing or incorrect, the transaction may go through but not reach the recipient.
In this case, you’ll need to contact the receiving platform and ask them to manually credit the funds.
8. Recipient Platform Does Not Support the Coin
only checks if the address format is valid.
It cannot guarantee whether the receiving platform supports the coin.
In this case:
- Contact the recipient platform
- If they accept refunds, provide your deposit code
- If they only refund to the sending address, the funds won’t go directly to your account
You will need to send:
- TXID of the transaction
- Messages between you and the recipient platform
- Your user ID and deposit code
