Gate Türkiye processes and protects data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Unless otherwise stated in this document, the terms used in this Gate Türkiye Explicit Consent Declaration have the same meanings as those given in the Gate Türkiye Privacy Policy.

I understand and hereby consent to Gate Türkiye collecting and using my personal data, as detailed below and in this document, for the following purposes:

To provide customer satisfaction to its Users;
To offer its services and products in the best conditions, at the highest level, and inareliable manner;
To carry out financial transactions;
To perform and develop operational activities and provide the necessary products andservices;
To carry out transactions, promotions, marketing, advertising, campaigns, and survey activities and to inform Users about such campaigns, promotions, and marketing opportunities;
To conclude the contract between Gate Türkiye and myself;
To maintain administrative services;
To execute call center processes;
To establish, develop, and maintain technical, administrative infrastructure and electronic systems;
Recording audio and video during live (video) calls conducted for identity verification purposes in the remote customer onboarding process, and using these recordings in identification procedures

Additionally, for the provision of statistical and technical services, retention, archiving, and storage of User data, provision of business development services, and management of customer relationships.

I understand, acknowledge, accept, and consent through this document that Gate Türkiye may directly or indirectly use my bank account information, address information, identity information, phone information, postal information, and other data, including but not limitedto the information obtained during site visits through cookies (along with Personal Data), for the purposes stated above.

I explicitly consent and acknowledge that Gate Türkiye may process, transfer, and share my Personal Data, including sensitive personal data, with its domestic and international employees or authorized personnel, legally authorized institutions and organizations, domestic/foreign cloud service providers, domestic/foreign independent auditing firms, survey companies, domestic/foreign software service providers, and firms providing IT and technical support services within the framework of legal obligations and limitations.

I understand, accept, and explicitly consent that domestic and foreign IT and technical support firms engaged by Gate Türkiye, as well as domestic and foreign server firms hosting Gate Türkiye servers, may collect and access my Personal Data. I consent to the secure processing, transfer, storage (physically or electronically), and sharing of my Personal Data, including sensitive data, with Gate Türkiye’s business partners and service providers, as outlined above.

I hereby declare that I have been informed about the matters stated above by Gate Türkiye and have explicitly consented to the processing, storage, and transfer of my Personal Data under the Personal Data Protection Law.

Additionally, I declare that all the information, documents, and Personal Data I share with Gate Türkiye are accurate and up-to-date. In the event of any changes, I will notify Gate Türkiye as soon as possible and accept full and absolute responsibility and liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from or due to delays in providing such updates.

I accept and declare that I have been provided with the necessary information by Gate Türkiye regarding the processing, storage, and transfer of my Personal Data and that I have fully read and understood the Privacy Policy.
