Büyükdere Caddesi Meydan Sokak Beybi Giz Plaza No:1/35 Sarıyer/Istanbul and tax identification number 3891735307; “Platform” refers to the website, application, and mobile interfaces belonging to Gate Türkiye; and “User” or “relevant person” refers to the person receiving services from Gate Türkiye.

2. Gate Türkiye attaches great importance to the confidentiality of the personal data it obtains and the transactions carried out by Users on the Platform. Gate Türkiye acts in accordance with the principles of transparency and mutual trust in its relations with Users and third-party business partners.

In the event that personal data obtained from Users by Gate Türkiye is accessed by unauthorized and malicious third parties, the person whose personal data has been compromised shall be informed and the legal process shall be initiated in accordance with the procedures set forth under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

4. Gate Türkiye collects, uses, and stores the personal data obtained from Users in order to provide better services to Users and to fulfill its legally defined obligations. Unless otherwise specified, Gate Türkiye processes personal data for the purpose of providing services to Users and protecting the Company’s interests. Gate Türkiye reserves the right to share such data and documents with third parties within legal limits in order to provide better services to Users. All processing activities carried out by Gate Türkiye regarding personal data are conducted based on the explicit consent of the relevant persons. In cases where explicit consent is not obtained, such data shall not be used for activities exceeding the scope of the requested service, such as marketing or promotional activities. Gate Türkiye may perform all kinds of actions regarding the processing of personal data obtained from Users—such as any form of storage, use, and transfer to third parties—in accordance with all relevant legislative provisions of the Republic of Türkiye, primarily the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as the GDPR and internal company regulations.

When communicating with Gate Türkiye via the customer support unit, social media, or any other means regarding the services received or products used by visiting the Platform, certain personal data may be recorded automatically or manually in order to fulfill the requests of the data subject; the personal data in question will be utilized to the extent permitted by law, and subsequently, for the purpose of providing better service.

8. Gate Türkiye approaches the matter of confidentiality and security of personal data with utmost sensitivity. The security and confidentiality of personal data is not only a matter of sensitivity for Gate Türkiye but also a legal obligation. Within the framework of the company policy to exercise maximum care in protecting data obtained from Users and in complying with legal legislation, detailed regulations are implemented in company policies to ensure that all employees demonstrate the highest level of necessary sensitivity in this regard, and the protection of Users' personal data is carefully taken into consideration in all kinds of practices and processes carried out.

9. Gate Türkiye provides no guarantee to anyone regarding any direct or indirect damages, including the violation of third-party rights, concerning the content, data, and information available on the Platform it owns. However, Gate Türkiye undertakes to exert its best efforts to ensure that no rights violation occurs.

10. Gate Türkiye accepts no liability under any name whatsoever for the ethical principles, service quality and nature, privacy policies, or security principles of third-party digital environments and platforms accessed from its own Platform for any reason, nor for any material and/or moral damages, losses, or harms that may arise in such environments.

11. Gate Türkiye reserves the right to change all content and links, including services, pages, menus, products, data, and visuals, located on its Platform or social media accounts without prior notice.

12. The User can in no way hold Gate Türkiye and Gate Türkiye employees liable for any direct or indirect damages arising during the use of the Platform—including but not limited to any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, performance degradation, connection congestion, connection and systemic issues—or in the event that any expense item arises for third parties.

13. Gate Türkiye shall ensure the security and confidentiality of data belonging to Users. It will take necessary measures and exert its best efforts to prevent the data in question from falling into the hands of malicious third parties.

14. Data obtained by Gate Türkiye shall not be processed or shared in any way without the explicit consent of the data subject.

15. Gate Türkiye may send communications within the scope of advertising, marketing, and promotional activities regarding the products and services it offers, provided that the User grants consent for commercial electronic communications. Those who do not wish to receive the communications in question must exercise their right of refusal.

16. Gate Türkiye ensures that outsourced professional service providers from which it receives support in any matter comply with Gate Türkiye’s privacy standards and conditions.

17. Gate Türkiye employees can access all kinds of data solely on a "need-to-know" basis and in a "limited and necessary" manner, in line with Gate Türkiye company policies.

18. It is the fundamental policy of Gate Türkiye to protect all information, documents, and data—including bank data relating to Users—against unauthorized third-party access, misuse, destruction, corruption, or alteration, and to ensure that they do not lose their integrity and availability.

19. Gate Türkiye may provide links to certain digital environments through the platform it owns and operates, or through third-party websites, social media accounts, or applications with which it has an agreement. Gate Türkiye cannot be held liable for any risks and damages that may arise in the digital environments to which the links direct. This Privacy Policy is valid only on Gate Türkiye's Platforms, and it is accepted that the digital environments accessed through the links in question have their own legal and privacy principles. Gate Türkiye does not guarantee the verified status or reliability of said digital environments.

20. Gate Türkiye may obtain, track, and collect communication data, device data, access data, certain data received from the internet network, tracking data, settings-related data, date data, hardware data, photos, location data, and other images belonging to Users directly or through third-party service providers for the purpose of utilizing and accessing the services. 21. Gate Türkiye accepts that the protection of personal data and ensuring the security and confidentiality of all data belonging to Users is the most natural right of the Users. Within the framework of this Privacy Policy, Gate Türkiye respects the privacy of Users' data and undertakes to protect Users' data within the framework of company policy and relevant legislation. Every User utilizing Gate Türkiye’s Platform and other electronic services declares and undertakes that they accept the terms and information stated above.
