According to PANews, Binance announced on Nov 6 that it will resume withdrawals for multiple assets starting at 12:00 Beijing time (03:00 UTC) following its security incident recovery update. The resumption will proceed in batches, with each asset undergoing security checks before restoration, while deposit services remain operational.

The reopened withdrawal assets span six networks including Binance Smart Chain, Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon, and Arbitrum, covering tokens such as USDE, PENDLE, ZRO, XRP, and CAKE. Binance noted that recovery prioritizes assets based on user demand from the past week, with additional assets to follow as conditions permit.
