According to South China Morning Post on Sunday, DeepSeek's Harness team unveiled an AI coding agent design aimed at reducing human intervention in multi-task execution. The system automatically distributes tasks and coordinates work between agents, allowing supervisors to focus on reviewing results and making decisions. The team noted that while single-task performance depends on model capability, multi-task performance is constrained by human attention capacity—with research indicating one person can effectively supervise between 3 to 5 active AI agent conversations simultaneously.
