According to The Verge, Instagram head Adam Mosseri said today (Oct 17) the platform is working on how to handle AI-generated content plaguing the platform. AI accounts have been stealing comedians' jokes and reposting painters' process videos that rack up millions of views. Mosseri acknowledged it is not practical to ban AI outright but noted Instagram faces challenges with content that isn't covered by copyright laws, such as jokes.
