Gate TR offers special benefits for its new users. Those who complete their initial investment and tiered trading tasks within the first 15 days after registration will have a chance to earn various rewards. Below, you’ll find the steps to participate and frequently asked questions.
Rules for Participating in Beginner Tasks
- Within the first 15 days after registration, users can earn rewards by completing the “Register,” “First Deposit,” and “Tiered Spot Trading” tasks. Once all tasks are completed, users must return to the Rewards Hub page to claim their rewards. Rewards are automatically credited to accounts within three days and can be viewed under the “My Rewards” tab.
- Each verified user can participate in the Beginner Tasks only once. Rewards are only given to the first verified account. If a user re-registers or opens multiple accounts, they will not receive rewards.
- Only the spot trading volume during the event period will be considered.
- Tiered Spot Trading tasks are only for Rewards Hub users. When the target trading volume is reached, users must manually enter the Rewards Hub to claim the reward. If not claimed in time, users lose their rights and rewards will not be reissued.
- The daily reward quota is limited. First come, first served.
- If fraud is detected, the user loses all reward rights. For serious violations, the account may be suspended. Especially in cases of multiple account registrations, all related accounts will be closed.
- Users participating in the Beginner Tasks cannot join other campaigns at the same time. Otherwise, they are considered to have automatically forfeited their Beginner Task rewards.
- Gate TR reserves the right to disqualify users engaging in malicious behavior (such as using multiple accounts or on-chain fund cycles).
- Gate TR reserves the right to change the event terms at any time.
Participation Guide
- Visit the Rewards Hub page and view the “My Tasks” section.
- Complete the identity verification, deposit, and spot trading tasks in order. Users who deposit the specified amount can receive a coupon that includes a spot trading fee discount.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Why can’t I see the beginner tasks on my Rewards Hub page?
Beginner tasks are only visible within the first 15 days after registration.
- I completed the tasks but didn’t receive a reward, why?
After completing the tasks, you must revisit the Rewards Hub page to claim your reward. Rewards are credited to your account within three days. Also, the daily reward quota might have been reached. In that case, the reward may be postponed to the next available slot.
- Which accounts are not eligible for this event?
Market makers, corporate accounts, business accounts, and Affiliate Ultra accounts cannot participate.
- What happens if I attend another event at the same time?
If you participate in another event that overlaps with the Beginner Tasks, the system will consider you as having automatically forfeited the Beginner Task rewards.
