By downloading the Gate TR app to your mobile device, you can start trading crypto from anywhere. The app is supported on both iOS and Android operating systems.

iOS App Download Guide
Step 1: Open the “App Store”.
Step 2: Type in “Gate TR” in the search box and search.
Step 3: Wait for the download to complete, then install it.
Step 4: You can find the Gate TR app on the home screen as soon as the installation is completed.
Step 5: Click on the app’s icon to start your journey to cryptocurrency!
Step 6: To update, you can search for “Gate TR” in your App Store and click “Update” on the right to upgrade or you can go to the user center and click “About Us” - “Update” to update.
Note:
- If you cannot update the app directly on your iPhone, you can try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
- Do not use someone else’s Apple account to click on or log in to other websites and accounts to avoid personal information leakage or account lockout. Any risks resulting from your own actions are your own responsibility.
- Depending on your country or region of residence, you may not be able to download the app. Please adhere to the rules and applicable laws of your country of residence and the country where the website and services are located.
Android App Download Guide
Step 1: Open the Google Play Store. Type ‘Gate TR’ into the search bar and find the app.
Step 2: Tap the ‘Install’ option. Once the download is complete, the installation will begin automatically.
Step 3: Locate the application icon on your home screen. Once installation is complete, you can log in to the Gate TR application.
Step 4: Open the application, log in if you have an account, or click the Sign Up button if you don't.
If you encounter any issues with the Google Play Store, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Copy the download link: https://www.gate.tr/en/mobileapp and paste it into your browser. After entering the web page, click on “Android APK App Download” and wait for the download to be completed.
Step 2: Enter this page once the download is completed. Click on “INSTALL” to start the installation.
Step 3: After the installation is completed, click on either “DONE” or “OPEN”.
Step 4: To update, you can go to the user center and click “About Us” - “Update” to update.
Please Note:
If you are unable to update the app on an Android device, you can follow these steps:
- In Settings of your device, go to Security — More Settings and enable the “Install apps from external sources” option.
- Disable enhanced protection in App Guard: Go to Settings — System and Updates — App Guard — Enhanced Protection, and turn it off.
- If you are still unable to install it after the above two steps, enable Airplane Mode, turn off all networks (including mobile data and Wi-Fi), and then repeat steps 1 and 2. Afterward, you can download and install the app again.
