To ensure that verification codes and informational emails from Gate.TR don’t end up in your spam folder, follow the guide below to whitelist our email addresses. This adds them to your list of trusted senders. You’ll find step-by-step instructions for different email providers. Please whitelist the following email addresses to ensure smooth delivery of emails from Gate.TR:

Whitelist Guide for Gmail
Step 1: Log into your Gmail account.
Step 2: Click the gear icon in the top right, then select “See all settings.”
Step 3: Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
Step 4: Click “Create a new filter.”
Step 5: In the From field, enter the email address you want to whitelist (e.g., no-reply@send.mail.gate.com.tr).
Step 6: Click “Create filter.”
Step 7: Check the box labeled “Never send it to Spam.”
Step 8: Click “Create filter” again to complete the process.
Whitelist Guide for Outlook (Hotmail/Live)
Step 1: Log into your Outlook account.
Step 2: Click the gear icon at the top right and select “View all Outlook settings.”
Step 3: Go to Mail > Junk email.
Step 4: Under Safe senders and domains , click Add.
Step 5: Enter the email address (e.g., no-reply@send.mail.gate.com.tr) and press Enter.
Step 6: Click Save at the bottom to complete.
Whitelist Guide for Yahoo Mail
Step 1: Log into your Yahoo Mail account.
Step 2: Click the gear icon in the top right, then go to Settings > More Settings.
Step 3: Select the Filters tab from the left menu.
Step 4: Click “Add new filters.”
Step 5: Name your filter (e.g., Trusted Sender).
Step 6: In the From field, enter the desired email (e.g., no-reply@send.mail.gate.com.tr).
Step 7: For Move to folder , choose Inbox.
Step 8: Click Save to apply the filter.
Whitelist Guide for Apple Mail (iCloud)
Step 1: Log into your iCloud Mail account via web.
Step 2: Click the gear icon in the lower-left corner and select Rules.
Step 3: Create a new rule:
Step 4: Under “If a message is from” , enter the email address. Then choose “Move to Inbox” .
Step 5: Click Done to save the rule.
Whitelist Guide for ProtonMail
Step 1: Log into your ProtonMail account.
Step 2: Go to Settings > Filters.
Step 3: Navigate to the Whitelist section.
Step 4: Click “Add address” and type in the email address (e.g., no-reply@send.mail.gate.com.tr).
